1. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Clause)
Due to health and sanitary regulations, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Lingerie & Underwear (including thongs, briefs, and sets).
- Bodysuits (if the hygiene seal is broken or missing).
2. Returnable Items
Items such as Joggers, 2-Piece Playsuits, and Shorts may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be free of scents, makeup stains, or pet hair.
3. Damages and Issues
